The Pedestal, Power SPC-36-2T-420-LED, is a powerful shore power and lighting pedestal – featuring rugged construction, designed to last in a marina, boatyard, or private dock’s environment. Our 36-inch pedestal features dual-pedestal power capability and automated LED lighting.
When activated, the pedestal is better illuminated for visibility at night, as well as providing dockside power safely and conveniently. The Super-Polymer Composite (SPC) is weather-resistant and was built for an extreme marine environment and long exposure to sun, salt, and most importantly, moisture.
Key Features
Dual Power Technologies (30A and 20A): One 30A / 125V twist-lock outlet (NEMA L5-30R) and one standard 20A / 125V GFCI outlet combined for a versatile power delivery for boats, tools, and dockside appliances.
Photocell-controlled LED light: The integrated energy-efficient LED light will turn on at dusk and off at dawn. The LED light provides the dock with an added degree of safety and visibility, eliminating the need to turn the fixture on and off.
Marine-grade SPC construction: The pedestal housing is (SPC) Super-Polymer Composite, which is tougher & stronger against UV rays, salt spray, impact, and corrosion. This construction provides the pedestal with a durable form and finish to withstand various weather conditions.
Compact 36” height: Small enough to fit on residential docks – fully functional for light commercial use. Its clean, compact design minimizes obstruction on your dock.
Waterproof and code compliant: Ingeniously conceived with sealed enclosures and corrosion-resistant materials to meet or exceed marine electrical safety requirements. Designed to reliably function in wet/ humid environments.
Additional Information
Installation and Use: Install the pedestal securely to a dock surface with stainless steel fasteners (not included) and connect it to a proper shore power source that follows local electrical codes. Perfect for use in personal boat slips, yacht clubs, and marina installations that require multiple power options and lighting features in a single pedestal.
Care and Maintenance: Take time to periodically wash the cooler with fresh water and a mild detergent. Please inspect all power outlets, GFCI functionality, lighting components, and fasteners on a regular basis to ensure proper operation and safety. In addition to addressing any of the conditions above, be sure to inspect the photocell function as needed.
